The John Shippen National Invitational Golf Tournament invites top Black collegiate and pro golfers to compete for an exemption into the PGA Tour’s Rocket Mortgage Classic and LPGA Tour’s Dow Great Lakes Bay Invitational.

Cognizant is proud to sponsor the PGA TOUR’s Presidents Cup. Covering the next three biennial matches, through 2026, Cognizant joins Rolex and Citi as one of three Global Partners for the tournament.
The next edition of the Presidents Cup will be held at Quail Hollow Club in Charlotte, NC in September 2022. The 2024 event will return to The Royal Montreal Golf Club in Montreal, and Medinah Country Club in Chicago will host the 2026 tournament.
Racing to safely reopen post-pandemic societies and economies
In 2020, as COVID-19 rates surged around the world, Cognizant partnered with XPRIZE, the world’s leader in running competitions to solve humanity’s grand challenges, to launch the Pandemic Response Challenge.
The four-month, $500,000 global competition—featuring 102 teams from 23 countries—harnessed the power of data and AI to provide policymakers, health officials and business leaders with information, insights and guidance to help reopen the world’s economies and societies, safely and quickly.
